Ask whatever you like and simply wait,
It’s a matter of time till you get it.
You may come in by knocking at the gate
And to cross it, just walk a little bit.
But be careful about what you ask for,
Lest it be some regrettable surprise;
Be aware not to knock at the wrong door,
Lest it may be too late to realize.
To have the right desire is just one side
For those who are attempting to enjoy thus;
Being our well-wisher, Krishna will provide,
But to be satisfied depends on us.
Always what Krishna gives me is the best,
Still, I keep on lamenting for the rest…
